Do you ship single components or only full reels?
Both. The counter pulls single references, small prototypes and full reels with the same test and grade routine, and books each quantity as its own lot. A one off sample for a bench test and a reel for volume both get the full treatment, because a bad prototype part wastes as much time as a bad production part.
How soon does a standard lot dispatch?
A matched stock lot usually leaves within two working days once the pull sheet is sealed. Sourced and obsolete-replacement lots carry their own written lead time on the booking note, and the desk will hold a lot or split a shipment if a build calendar asks for it.
Can I get the screening report with my parts?
Yes. Screening sheets ride with every graded lot, and if you ask, the same report is emailed to team@jiaoda.mom contact channels before dispatch. A buyer quality team can then match the sheet to the lot stamp without opening a mystery box.
