Every part that passes the counter travels as a lot on a paper-anchored ledger, not as an anonymous line in a sales report. A lot begins the moment a drawing or a reference reaches the desk, receives a stamp and a bin code, and carries those marks from the first pull to the sealed tray that leaves for a buyers dock. Because the whole building works from drawers and stamps, a screen report, a packing list and a substitute note can all name the same lot and the same bin.

The six programmes below share that single discipline. A routine sourcing order, a fully kitted bill of materials, a surplus shelf entry, a quality screening run, an obsolete part rescue or an export shipment each begin as a pull, move through inspection and testing, and close with grading and a seal. The difference between them is only where a request starts, never how far a drawer of parts is trusted to go by memory alone.

The test bench run

Every lot travels the same five stops before it is called ready to ship. A probe glyph sits at each stop as the bench moves a bin down the line. No stop is decorative; each one exists because a part that skips a check is the part that fails a board a month later. The run takes minutes for a common value and longer for a critical or undocumented reference, yet the discipline never changes.

A buyer who wants to see how a specific lot was handled can request the screening sheet that each station prints. Those sheets, stamped with the lot number, become the honest paper trail that follows the parts into a box, through a customs declaration and onto a shelf in a far workshop.

1 Pull

The pick ticket fills from one drawer and only one drawer, so the lot keeps a single origin and a clean paper trail from the very first second.

2 Inspect

Marking, legs, packaging and date codes are read under the lamp before anything moves on to the next drawer.

3 Test

Voltage, continuity and a sample load check confirm the part behaves like its drawing and is not a silent substitute.

4 Grade

Good parts move to a grade bin; anything doubtful is set aside rather than shipped onward to someone production line.

5 Pack

Each lot is bagged, sealed and stamped with its number, Packed and Sealed on the plate ready for its export papers.
